Request Account Deletion
At SHOPQUANTUM, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your account.
Direct In-App Deletion

Open App
Launch SHOPQUANTUM and sign in to your account.

Go to Profile
Tap your profile icon in the navigation bar.

Settings
Access the settings menu (gear icon) in your profile.

Delete Account
Select 'Delete Account' and follow prompts.
Data to be Deleted
The following information will be permanently purged from our active systems:
- Personal Identity (Name, Email)
- Authentication Credentials
- App Preferences & Settings
Data Retained
In accordance with regulatory requirements, some data may persist:
- Financial Records (Taxes/Compliance)
- Anonymized Analytical Data
- Audit Logs (30-day retention)
